  • Individual Coaching

    Meet with me 1:1 (in-person and virtual options) to discuss something you’re working on, including:

    - Projects that you want to tackle
    - Nagging Insecurities
    - Discovering values / purpose
    - Goals at work or home
    - Challenging relationships to navigate

    The agenda for each session is established by the client. Over the course of the session, I will help you reflect on the topic, which could potentially lead you to new awareness, reframed perspectives, and actions. Sessions are 45 minutes long.
